Give me a messy account or a stuck partnership. I'll find what's wrong and fix it.

What I Do

For more than a decade, across Singapore Post, Sembcorp Power, and Global Payments, I've been the person brought in when a partnership, account, or process has stopped working. I find the actual cause, deal directly with the people involved, rebuild what's broken, and measure whether it worked.

Proof

Turning a Losing Account Portfolio Around

What was wrong

A portfolio of multimillion-dollar merchant accounts was losing more revenue than expected.

What I did

Took direct ownership of the highest-risk accounts, renegotiated terms, and rebuilt how the portfolio was managed day to day.

What changed

Cut the revenue shortfall by 96.69% in the first year and grew net revenue across my own managed portfolio by 37.94% year over year.

Building a Partnership Channel from Nearly Nothing

What was wrong

Partnership sales were a small, overlooked channel.

What I did

Redesigned the partnership model and launched new e-voucher revenue streams, managing over half a million dollars in campaign funds.

What changed

In the year I took over as Partnership Lead, sales through the channel grew roughly tenfold, making it the company's top-performing sales channel.

Realigning Remittance and Government Bill-Payment Services

What was wrong

More than 40% of services across the remittance and government agency bill-payment portfolios had drifted from standard process.

What I did

Used data analysis and Lean Six Sigma to document over 400 business requirements and bring services back in line.

What changed

Realigned a major share of operations and contributed to a company-wide digital transformation modernizing the post office network.

Projects

My side hobby: building small AI tools and apps for the unglamorous parts of everyday life, the kind of tasks that eat time but rarely get solved.

More projects coming as I build them.

How I Work

I look for the actual cause of a problem, not the symptom. I talk to the people closest to it. I rebuild the process or relationship from there, and I check the result against real numbers before calling it done.

Have a partnership, account, or process that could use a fresh set of eyes? Let's talk.
